A Secret Gift: Reviews from Goodreads

“A Secret Gift: How One Man’s Kindness & a Trove of Letters Revealed the Hidden History of the Great Depression” by Ted Gup

I had first heard about this book from my mother when she read it a few years ago. Just recently, my mentor told me about the book. I decided to finally read it for myself to see what it is all about. Right now, I am currently half-finished with it and it has only been one day. I think that says a lot, especially now because it is finals week and my brain is fried from studying. Besides that, I feel very touched by this book and how one man touched so many people’s lives in one way or another, without even knowing who he was. Below I have provided a link to some of the reviews about this book on Goodreads. I hope this inspires you to go to your local library and pick up a copy of this book or to buy one to keep.
